Peninsula Physical Therapy & Rehabilitation, LLC. is an outpatient physical therapy clinic, conveniently located in Salisbury, Maryland in the corner of Snow Hill Road and College Avenue in College Shoppes Plaza. It was founded in 2015 with a goal to provide patients the best healthcare through physical therapy and rehabilitation.

Rod Filart, PT
Rod Filart is a licensed physical therapist in Maryland and Delaware. He continues to work full-time at Peninsula Home Care in Salisbury, MD, with six years there and also part-time at Atlantic General Hospital (acute care setting) in Berlin, MD, with four years there. He has recently been recognized as the “Outstanding Physical Therapist of the Year 2015” for the Salisbury Branch of Peninsula Home Care. He is very experienced and knowledgeable in physical therapy treatments. He had previously worked in an inpatient rehab (HealthSouth) in Salisbury, MD and skilled nursing facility (SNF) in Pocomoke City, MD. Rod had several years of experience in an acute care hospital and outpatient physical therapy setting in the Philippines before coming to the USA.
Jennifer Gonzales, DPT
Jen Gonzales is a licensed physical therapist in Maryland and Delaware. Licensed in the USA since 2011, she has years of experience in skilled nursing facility (SNF), outpatient physical therapy, and home health. She currently works at Nanticoke Memorial Hospital, which is an acute care hospital. She is adept in physical therapy treatments, having worked with different conditions, like sports injuries (musculoskeletal), cardiovascular diseases, neuromuscular disorders, pulmonary conditions, as well as special geriatric cases (Alzheimer’s disease). She also has experience working in an externship program in one of the premier hospitals in the Philippines (St. Luke’s Medical Center) and extensive experience working for The Medical City in an outpatient physical therapy satellite clinic before coming to the USA. After several years as an experienced PT, she has recently earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree so that she can utilize her advanced knowledge to provide even greater service in helping restore her patients to their full potential. Jen is a very adept physical therapist and her patients love her.
Jay Reynoso, PT
Jay Reynoso is a licensed physical therapist in Maryland and Delaware. He has been licensed in the USA since 2011. He presently works as a home health physical therapist at Amedisys. He possesses a vast experience in treating patients in an acute care setting as well as in skilled nursing facility (SNF). He has handled a variety of diagnoses, ranging from orthopedic/musculoskeletal to neuromuscular to cardiovascular conditions. He has also completed special training to be able to treat patients with vertigo and congestive heart failure (CHF). Jay is a highly experienced physical therapist, with over 11 years’ experience – six years in the Philippines and five years ongoing in the USA.
